'The Summer Shred challenge is designed to work on different muscle groups where you can choose the areas of your body that you’d like to improve in the same winning formula or 4 Rounds, 200 m Run or Row and a 10 and 8 Movement rep count and get you prepared for your summer body. There are 3 CHALLENGES to get you shredded for summer. Challenge A: RUN/ROW - 200 m PLATE MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS - 10 reps PLATE SIT UP TO OVERHEAD - 8 reps Challenge B: RUN/ROW - 200 m PLATE REVERSE LUNGES - 10 reps PLATE HIP TO OVER HEAD - 8 reps Challenge C: RUN/ROW - 200 m PLATE BENT OVER ROWS - 10 reps PLATE SHOULDER TO OVER HEAD - 8 reps All challenges are FOR TIME (Best effort) Members can choose their FAVORITE challenge or generate their BEST TIME for all THREE over the next 31 Days.
